Following an appraisal of the technical documentation and a plant site visit, the team of CES clean energy solutions has conducted a technical due diligence (review and risk analysis) under the criteria: technical design and condition, technical state of the turbines, generators and plant accessories, plant performance and efficiency on available data, evaluation of the estimated benefits of rehabilitation or modernization works, environmental aspects and standards.
