The project aims to achieve LEED Silver certification and includes the delivery of key prerequisite and credit services in line with LEED requirements. CES is providing commissioning (Cx) services for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and renewable energy systems in accordance with ASHRAE Guidelines 0-2005 and 1.1-2007. These services focus on energy efficiency, water conservation, indoor environmental quality, and long-term system durability.
In addition, CES performs detailed building energy modelling in compliance with ANSI/ASHRAE/IESNA Standard 90.1–2010, Appendix G. The modelling includes both baseline and proposed building scenarios—covering geometry, architecture, and building systems—to evaluate performance. The results are presented in a comprehensive energy modelling report and narrative, forming a key part of the LEED certification application.
Services cover the LEED prerequisites for Fundamental Commissioning and Minimum Energy Performance, as well as the Optimize Energy Performance credit.
