CES under the lead of m-g-h from Germany was contracted to advice and support the GIZ team in delivering up to 30 thermal renovations in the residential sector in Lviv. In addition the Consultant supports home owner associations (HOAs) in the applications process for national subsidies provided by the Ukraine Energy Efficiency Fund (EEF).
