  • Grafendorf, Austria – Pollutant Site Supervision for Deconstruction of Gas Turbine Compressor C100

Within the project ‘NOx Emission Reduction – Phase 2’ (NOxER2), selected plants and buildings at the compressor stations in Grafendorf and Baumgarten are to be partly or completely demolished and replaced by modern, low-emission and energy-efficient systems.

OUr services

For the removal of the pollutants prior to demolition in the workshop building (e.g. tar layers with high PAH content as well as asbestos-containing fire protection doors and window sills) and in the compressor hall (high temperature wool resp. ceramic fibers and old rockwool in exhaust gas ducts and noise boxes), remediation work is required by a specific company. The Chemical site Supervisor approves the pollutant abatement work plan and supervises the appropriate works execution compliant to laws on occupational safety and waste, regularly.
