In order to identify the potential technical, economic and environmental impact of the proposed design and technologies for hotel development located in the city of Tbilisi, the consultant has developed and proposed the appropriate methodology. The proposed methodology is developed based on international protocols and standards. To demonstrate the potential of the reduced environmental effect a calibrated dynamic energy simulation of the current design (Scenario 1) will be developed. The simulation will be performed with specialized software tools allowing prediction of the potential energy demand, as well as the impact of the analyzed technologies. Based on the outcome of the dynamic energy simulations, several impact parameters (energy, water, GHG) will be defined, the results of which will be compared to the results of hypothetical baseline building model (Scenario 2) and to LEED Gold compliant model (Scenario 3).
