Tbilisi, Georgia – LEED Certification Radisson Telegraph

The hotel has an approximate gross building area of 24,000m2 with about 184 hotel rooms. Additional to the hotel rooms, the project foresees restaurants, bars, meeting/conference/banqueting rooms.

For the former post and telegraph headquarters, situated in a prime tourisitc and business center on Rustaveli Avenue, Tbilisi, Georgia, a major renovation is foreseen. The building will be developed as part of the Radisson Collection Hotel Chain. For the project a LEED “Gold” Certification is aimed.

OUr services

The Consultant provides services in connection with applying the LEED BD+C: Hospitality System (Building Design and Construction), which specifically applies to new construction and major renovations of hotels. Detailed analyses and the appropriate strategy to achieve ranking “Gold” are defined in the pre-assessment phase of the project and in agreement with the design team and the client.
