The Consultant has been entrusted by EBRD to support the City of Kryvyi Rih in the implementation of the EnPC investment program. The subject assignment covers the support of the City (Kryvyi Rih – PIU) in the project implementation phase (Tendering and implementation support).

Preparation of technical and environmental specifications and contract documents and preparation of tender documents; Support in tender evaluation; technical/financial and environmental (ESAP) monitoring of the project implementation; Establish an efficient tracking, monitoring and reporting system to ensure the availability of accurate data for the utilisation of the funds and CO2 savings as well as for the abatement of hazardous materials (asbestos); Verification of compliance with national and international standards (best practice).
