The overall objective of the assignment is to assess the feasibility for a complementary solar district heating system in Gjakova. The Consultant shall hence compile a project idea study which KfW, EBRD and the Company can use to appraise a solar district heating and heat s torage project with related investments, to be interconnected with the district heating network operated by the Company.
