The project includes engineering consulting services related to the new development of administrative building seeking certification under the LEED/BREEAM green building certification systems. The scope of the project includes: the identification and assessment of cost-effective opportunities leading to energy and water savings, implementation of energy management systems and improvement of the environmental footprint and certify the buildings in accordance to sustainability scheme.

OUr services

•Carry-on-training to the company staff involved in new construction on latest development and improvements based on LEED/BREEAM certification requirements. •Review of the design and available documents of projects to identify and assess opportunities for further energy efficiency improvements. •Develop energy models of the building. The consultant will provide the client with LEED and BREEAM pre-assessment, basis for the development of certification goal and strategy for a full certification of the project. The consultant will assess energy, resource and water savings, waste minimization options, CO2 emission reduction, reduction of energy and will provide remediation actions and recommendations; will calculate pay back, IRR and NPV for the recommended measures. Additional services and deliverables, incl.: - Detailed energy and heat modelling -Daylight modelling - Acoustic and environmental analysis -Building life-time energy and environmental footprint assessment
