LEED/BREEAM Pre-assessment: The project documents are analysed in relation to the criteria for LEED and BREEAM certification. The assessment will include the following steps: Definition of requirements and input parameters, including detailed screening and confirmation regarding the design requirements and inputs; Energy savings and reduction of the environmental impact analyses: a. Evaluation of technical, economic and environmental impact, b. Preparation of the report, based on the works performed; Pre-assessment for LEED and BREEAM certification; Introduction of LEED O&M and BREEAM In-use for existing buildings. Specific services for 2 sorting hubs and one regional postal depot: Simple energy and heat models (development of baseline and proposed simulation model, comparison of results), resulting in preliminary estimation of energy savings, CO2 calculation and recommendations for energy efficient measures; Day lighting models, taking into consideration the different locations and possibilities for orientation of the buildings; Building life-time energy and environmental footprint assessment; Calculation of payback, IRR and NPV for the recommended best available energy and water efficiency measures.
