CES is supporting the LEED certification process for the new construction extension of an existing building used as a production and testing facility for Lumentum Operations LLC in Slovenia.
In the first phase of the project, a LEED pre-assessment is carried out to evaluate the feasibility of certification and establish a tailored certification strategy aligned with the owner’s sustainability goals. As part of this pre-assessment, CES performs a Simple Box Energy Modelling to provide a preliminary estimation of the building’s energy consumption.
The outcome of this phase is a clear and actionable LEED certification roadmap, helping the project team define the most effective path toward achieving the targeted certification level, while identifying opportunities to improve energy performance and environmental impact.
