Kumanovo, North Macedonia – Energy Efficiency Refurbishment of Public Buildings

Proposed solutions include measures which deal with improvement of building envelopes, heating system measures, lighting system measures energy monitoring system measures and water measures. The Consultant also proposed implementation of environmental measures related to asbestos abatement and implementation of climate resilience measures. Proposed non-energy efficiency measures can be classified into two sub-groups with measures which are directly related to energy efficiency measures and general improvement measures which are not related to energy efficiency measures. The project also included a measure related to expansion of the gas network in the City, as requested.
