Chisinau, Moldova – Energy Efficiency and Thermal Public Building Refurbishment Project

The “Energy Efficiency (EE) and Thermal Public Building Refurbishment Project in Chisinau” supported the Municipality of Chisinau-Moldova to implement sustainable Energy Efficiency Improvements in the city, focusing particularly on i) “energy efficiency subprojects” and ii) “thermal buildings refurbishment”. The Programme at the first stage focused on public buildings measures in energy efficiency and thermal refurbishment and at a second phase residential buildings, depending on the results of a feasibility study.
