The Consultant has been entrusted by EBRD to support the City of Kryviy Rih in the implementation of the EnPC investment program. The support covers the project prepation phase (feasibility study and procurement) as well as the implementation phase (PIU support).

Support the Client in identifying appropriate investment opportunities and elaborating the proposal for financing under the EnPC Investment Program; Ensure that the Client proposing projects is, in all respects, compliant with national and applicable EU, environmental, health, safety and labour standards; Support the Client in setting up an municipal energy management company (the Borrower) that will be responsible for the project implementation; Prepare, support implementation, and provide monitoring and verification for the project; Establish an efficient tracking, monitoring and reporting system to ensure the availability of accurate data for the utilisation of the funds and CO2 savings.
