This project involved comprehensive technical and sustainability consulting services to support the achievement of a targeted green building certification for the Vienna KaDeWe development on Mariahilfer Straße.
The services included a detailed analysis of the project to define the optimal certification pathway, aligned with the project’s sustainability goals. CES conducted a thorough review of all relevant design documents, user requirements, technical specifications, and applicable construction standards to ensure compliance with the selected certification credits.
Throughout all phases of design and construction, CES provided continuous technical support to the project team. This included the development of advanced strategies to improve performance in key areas such as material selection, energy efficiency, water conservation, and sustainable transportation.
In addition to strategy and design support, CES managed the complete certification process. This encompassed the preparation and administration of all required documentation, coordination with certifying bodies, and the delivery of supporting studies to substantiate compliance.
