CES was engaged as the Lender’s Engineer by the financing institutions to carry out a comprehensive technical due diligence for the Poysdorf-Wilfersdorf V wind farm project, located in Lower Austria. The project comprises a total installed capacity of 16.8 MW, developed to expand the region’s renewable energy generation.
As part of the due diligence process, CES evaluated all critical aspects of the project, including turbine technology, site conditions, energy yield assessments, grid connection, permitting status, and contractual arrangements. The findings were compiled into a detailed report to support the banks’ investment decision.
Following financial close, CES continued its involvement by monitoring the construction activities, reviewing progress reports, ensuring compliance with technical and environmental standards, and verifying milestone completions. The engagement culminated in overseeing the commissioning phase and confirming the operational readiness of the plant.
