Deconstruction concept incl. comprehensive pollutant and contaminant investigation including material analyses, object descriptions, remediation instructions, mass estimation as a contribution to the deconstruction planning and the fulfillment of waste regulations; Tendering support: performance specifications, minimum requirements, Question & Answer session, site visits, bidder negotiations, alternative evaluation; Pollutant-specific specialist construction supervision for asbestos, KMF, PAH, lead, XPS in 12 remediation zones including documentation of the work and proper disposal, time and cost management, invoice verification.
