Austria – Integrated Design and Supervision of Residential High-Rise and Infrastructure

The assignment included the consultation in case of any deviations, changes, and amendments under the presentation of all advantages and disadvantages, especially in economic, planning, cost-effective, technical, organizational, and time-related aspects, in coordination with the project designer and other specialized experts. The project includes the design and construction supervision of a residential housing complex with a high-rise building on a base level and an underground car park covering the entire building area. The construction project also covers the development of the building area ( infrastructure, sewer, other water drainage or disposal, services of supply and disposal companies, or other welfare services) including outdoor and traffic facilities, e.g. bicycle arcades.
