ADM asked for support services from specialist planners for infrastructure, building physics and MEP planning for the concept and preliminary design. The existing capital airport of Rwanda in Kigali was planned to be replaced by the ‘New Bugesera International Airport – NBIA’. ADM-Airport Design Management GmbH was commissioned with the concept and preliminary design for the entire new airport development.
