The Eastern Europe Energy Efficiency and Environment Partnership (‘E5P’) is a multi-donor fund with the aim to support investments in municipal energy efficiency and environmental projects in Ukraine, later expanded to other Eastern Partnership (‘EaP’) countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia and Moldova).
