For the further utilisation of the defined building areas, the removal of asbestos-containing materials was required. The main aim of the Project was to ensure asbestos-free office and shop areas for the client and tenants.The property was built in 1900 and is a mixed-use building (store, office, apartment) with approx. 7,000 m² of usable space. Due to the time of construction, building pollutants such as asbestos were suspected.
